In the main, event cancellation requests can be handled on a one to one basis. If you can not make an event, it is always best to get in touch, rather than rely solely on the conditions below. Sometimes we have sold out events with a waiting list for example, and are more than happy to assist if we can.
Each event is different, with varying degrees of up front costs - meaning sometimes we offer more of a refund than others. Some of our events generate a profit, others in the past have made a loss - and in the former case we may well offer a partial refund even if cancelled at short notice.
However, 30 days before any event - we are unable to make any refunds. At this point, we stop treating your payment as a deposit, and declare it non-refundable and report that payment to VAT office. Beyond that point, we cannot provide refunds.
