Cordoba Protégé U1B Baritone Ukulele
This is a neatly made baritone ukulele by Cordoba, fairly basic in terms of construction, with a laminate mahogany body, but at a price where you get a nice sounding instrument, with nothing to put you off learning, without investing too much money. Everything about it is neat and sturdy, with a nice deep tone.
There are smooth turning geared tuners and Aquila strings fitted, with a nice bit of abalone around the soundhole and a comfortably 37mm nut width.
In a way I feel like I’m not giving this enough credit - because it’s inexpensive so naturally is not AMAZING, but it’s very good at the price.
