Often phone calls are diverted to an answerphone, and I will call you back. Email is preferred if possible. This isn’t to do with being awkward, honest! It’s simply that I spend a lot of time in my workshop setting up instruments and need to concentrate. If I have started on a ukulele, levelling frets and lowering the action - it’s very hard during that process to take a call and then return to the ukulele and know where I was up to. If you look at it another way - if you had ordered a ukulele, you wouldn’t want me to take 3 calls during the set up of your new uke! I am sorry if this is frustrating.

I try my best to answer all calls but sometimes I am with customers or in my workshop. There’s an answerphone if you can’t get me first time!
