This Kiwaya KPC-1M is part of the Japanese company’s ‘Strummer Series’. This word conjures up a jolly, perky little instrument to strum around the campfire. And lets, be honest, that would be great with this. But it does rather belittle what it can do, as it a beautiful instrument that sings, with a really rich, pretty tone - full of warmth and complex harmonics. It should be in the ‘Stunner Series’.

This all solid mahogany concert ukulele has a spacious 37mm wide neck, with a lovely flat profile that makes reaching the frets easy.

The subtle, golden, warm tones that drift towards you when you play the KP -1M are rich, complex and bordering on the divine.
