aNueNue’s US10 is part of their colour series of ukuleles, which are stylish looking instruments in a range of colours. The US10 BA is the ‘blue arona’ model, all of them being named after the pantones they use for the coloured tops. Under that colour is a solid spruce top, which is paired with laminate mahogany back and sides, and finished in satin.

I can quite understand the feeling that, at first glance, someone might consider these style over substance… after all, colourful ukes haven’t always been the best quality over the years. But these US10 ukuleles go against that grain and under all of the style and visual flair is a really decent, loud, bright and well-projecting soprano uke.
