This is a brand new ukulele but with a small flaw in how it was constructed. The neck angle is set so that when I lowered the saddle to lower the action, I’ve gone as low as I can, and the action at the 12th fret is 3mm. I can go no further. Now, this isn’t high. Virtually every ukulele I stock comes in with an action of 3mm or higher - it’s just that every ukulele I send out leaves with a lower action than that, after my adjustments. But it bothers me that I can’t do that with this one. I’ve decided to just move it on.
