This is a brand new instrument which was sold to me at a reduced rate after the quality control check at Kala in the UK spotted a minor issue. There are a couple of small depressions on the back of the neck. These are midway up the neck and barely visible in some lights (my photo has altered contrast to make it look worse - so you can see what I mean). You can feel it but it’s not sharp, or uncomfortable - it’s still smooth, just not perfectly level.

I am totally confident that this won’t be an issue when playing - you can barely feel it anyway. So it’s a huge reduction for such an insignificant fault.
