This is a brand new instrument. Technically it’s an upgrade on a normal one as it has been fitted with Graphtech TUSQ bridge pins, a synthetic material designed to imitate the acoustic properties of ivory - and supposedly to improve sustain. In this case, one of the plastic pins the uke came with decided to pop out across my workshop and disappear, so I have removed all of the plastic ones (to stash in my spares drawer) and replaced them with these upgrades.

I know it makes no sense really to spend money on a uke and then reduce the price, but with fast moving stock like the Fireball, I really need to move this on, and out of harm’s way - rather than risk it going out to a customer who is expecting the model with the plastic pins and their red ends.
