This is a brand new ukulele. The Kai distributor noticed a crack in one of the tuner buttons and replaced the entire set of tuners with a non-standard set. I actually prefer the look of the replacements and they work just the same. It’s a really good value ukulele generally, but with the reduction, it’s a really great buy.
