To start with, I’ve put this in my special offers as a ‘one-off’, when in fact it’s a ‘two-off’. But that sounded silly! I have so many unadvertised ukes at the moment that while I thought this looked an interesting model, I hadn’t planned to order any until I had cleared some of my backlog of stock that I’ve paid for and not listed! However, I was contacted by a couple who wanted to an electro baritone each, and expressed an interest in trying one of these. However, when they arrived, their budget had been upped and they went home with a pair of Flight Fireballs. I didn’t really complain as they’re double the price.

However, I now have a pair of these going spare… and no time to make a demo video, so I figured I’d move them on and re-visit the model when I have more capacity. And re-visit I will as they sound great, with a tight, controlled and balance tone that’s nice and rich and packed with warmth. They also have a Fishman active pickup with tone/volume/tuner, and of course that interesting doghair finish. Oh, and a gig bag!
