This is a brand new instrument. It had a faulty tuner, and the full set of four tuners have been replaced with alternatives. They’re non-standard to this instrument, but perfectly good and I would wager that most people might not have noticed had they received it! However, the distributor resolved the issue and sold it to me as a discount, so I am passing that on.
