This is a used Kala KA-ATP-CTG tenor, a popular series that had a great sound and look - and was recently replaced with the KALA KA-SCAC-T (which is good but not as pretty!). This one is in generally good condition, but does have a couple of marks on the top. These dings haven’t broken the finish. I have pictured them (not that well!) so you can see what I mean.

This uke is strung low G and has a rich, open and deep tone. I think it sounds great - better than I remember new ones sounding. This could be as the solid cedar top has opened up, or just because I have a bad memory. But either way, it sounds good which is the main thing.

These are gloss finish instruments, with a 35mm nut width and a slotted headstock.
