The ‘Oli L1-TPMG is a gloss finish, all solid mango tenor ukulele with a pineapple body shape. These instruments are made in Indonesia to the specification of the experts at Hawaii Music Supply. They know their stuff and have produced a uke with a list of features that many modern players enjoy. In the case of the Oli L1-TPMG we have:

All solid mango - the ‘wood of the moment’, that combines good looks with a balanced tones, with sweet highs and a richness that adds some pleasant warmth.

Low G - Fluorocarbon strings are fitted, with a smoothwound low G, as standard, emphasising the depth you can achieve with that larger body shape.

36.5mm nut - Slightly wider than standard, not as wide as ‘wide’, this neck (which has a satin finish) is extremely comfortable.

Soundport - A side soundport is installed to allow more of this Oli ukulele’s tone to reach you, the player, while you play.

Tuners - Gotoh UPT geared, rear facing tuners are rightly considered to be up there with the very best in the world today.

The pineapple shape emphasises the mids and low range - but the strings (which are lovely) really ping too - meaning they’re not lost in the midst. It’s a lovely thing!

There are a range of extras at the bottom of the page here, standard to all ukes on my site. You can ignore the low G as one is fitted, and the case options, as a lovely hard case is supplied with it already. But you can add strap buttons, or a strap perhaps!
