These are UBASS strings, made for Kala in Italy by Galli. They are made from chromed steel, wrapped around a nylon core. With the chrome flatwound tape making them smooth to the touch. They are designed for electro acoustic UBASS models (i.e. not for solid body instruments).

These are for regular bass tuning, EADG, suitable for 20-21” scale length. The gauges are:  .060 (1.52 mm), .080 (2.03 mm), .100 (2.54 mm), .130 (3.30 mm)

These strings tend to be quite pricey, but they are really popular, giving a more double-bass like tone than the roundwound strings Kala also do.
