These are UBASS strings, made for Kala in the USA by LaBella. They are made from silver plated steel, wrapped around a nylon core. They are designed for electro acoustic UBASS models (i.e. not for solid body instruments).

These are for regular bass tuning, EADG, suitable for 20-21” scale length. The gauges are:  .050 (1.27 mm), .065 (1.65 mm), .95 (2.41 mm), .110 (2.75 mm)

These strings give a warm, booming tone - but with a more electric bass sound than the various rubberty type strings that Kala also produce.
