This is a b-stock instrument because the soundwave unit that’s fitted doesn’t work - it just produces a distorted noise. So in effect I am selling it as an acoustic instrument only. I can’t fix it and just want to move it on as an acoustic instrument.

It’s a lesson to me - as I often do this… I discover a problem and rather than send the uke back, I decide that one day I’ll give a new unit and fix it up. But that’s silly as a) I never get around to doing it and b) that takes any profit out of it and more. In advance of my premises move in 2026 I am clearing some of these things out - ukes that should have been returned but I waited too long to do so so I can’t!

It has its original gig bag, but the charger that came with it is missing. Strangely, every 3 Flight Diana ukes I’ve sold, after several months, people tell me they never got the charger with it? I make mistakes from time to time, but it’s remarkable just how often this happens. Could it be they have lost it? Who knows! Anyway, it didn’t work anyway, so no point charging it. But it doesn’t have the charger.

The photos show the instrument and the fact it has a dry, dusty fingerboard - that’ll be cleaned up before it goes, that’s just how they come.
