This a brand new instrument with a defective bag - the zip doesn’t work and I had to force the case open. Other than that is is brand new - and you can always add a (working) bag here if you like: add bag

The case will still be provided, and the extra bits and pieces (capo, strings, strap) that Enya give you, and you might have more luck with the zip than me!
